Trains at Manchester Piccadilly, WCML - 11/1/19

Welcome to the latest episode of Big Trip! Today I am at Manchester Piccadilly on the West Coast Main Line and one of the main terminus stations of it where services are seen by Northern, Virgin Trains, Transpennine Express, CrossCountry, Transport for Wales and East Midlands Trains.

Manchester Piccadilly was an excellent station to film at with variety all over the station at every point you looked. The station has a magnificent canopy and has some lovely views in every direction from this station. It is a Network Rail managed station and has a lot of platforms, so it took a lot of manoeuvring around to get a little bit of everything but I think it's safe to say I got at least one of everything covered. In terms of facilities, you could mistake this station for a shopping centre for sure as there's restaurants and lots of different shops all over, this station is basically integrated with a lot of things. I highly recommend this amazing station, I'll definitely be back!
