"He stole a package right in front of me" | Canton residents frustrated with crime spree

Community Activist Arch Mckown describes a widespread Canton crime spree, he says, one man is behind.

“There's a guy who just showed up in the neighborhood a little over a month ago and he's just been committing crimes from package theft to trespassing,” said Mckown. “Dozens, dozens of incidents.”
