Our Ayurveda New Zealand Spring Cleanse Retreat in November 2023 offered the perfect opportunity to relax and rejuvenate in a stunning environment on Kawau Island.

Our guests enjoyed Ayurvedic treatments from trained and experienced Ayurveda practitioners, a cleansing workshop and educational talk by the host Sarita, plus Ayurvedic medicine according to their customised treatment plan, daily yoga sessions, Ayurvedic plant based meals prepared by well reputed Little Bird head chef Gawain Cowley, and much more.
