MY EXPERIENCE? I started working out at 17 and have tried and tested all sorts of training styles. I’m 28 now and with my experience, I’m confident I can relate to a lot of people especially if you work 2 jobs, or are always on the go. I love helping people in general and I feel fitness is the best medium for me to do so at this stage of my life as it can translate to other aspects of your life such as mindset and emotional intelligence.
