1. Go to the STRING Database (https://string-db.org/)
2. A platform that has gathered all the information at one place.
3. Use for studying protein interaction (protein protein interaction)
4. To perform Network Analysis to study complex diseases
5. You can search the protein by its name, by its sequences, or either you can search multiple proteins together by their names or sequences and choose the organism watever you want too.
6. You will get the cluster of proteins with your specified protein.
7. You can analyze the cluster with the help of Nodes, Edges, Known interactions and predicted interactions.
8. You can also customize the no. of interactions showing in the cluster by changing "interaction score".
9. You can study comparative genomics by selecting Neighborhood, gene Co occurrences and their Expression pattern.
10. STRING offers you to study the biological processes including Molecular functions, KEGG Pathways, Reactome Pathways and Protein domains.
11. You can also apply K Means clustering and Markov cluster algorithm for graphs.
12. Excel files will be generated.
13. Different colours shows us relative interactions.
14. You can get every information related to each protein that has been clustered just by clicking on each node.
15. Download the datasets for your further research purposes.
16. Analyze the network carefully.
