Flare Gun #1 War Factory: 00:12
Flare Gun #2 Festung Guernsey: 01:27
Flare Gun #3 Festung Guernsey: 01:55
Flare Gun #4 Liberation: 02:24
Flare Gun #5 Secret Weapons: 03:00
Flare Gun #6 Secret Weapons: 03:22
Flare Gun #7 Rubble & Ruin: 03:50

As far as I'm aware there are no flare guns on missions 1, 2, 3, 9, Wolf Mountain, Landing Force, or Conqueror.
