1 kilo bloem
200 ml zonnebloemolie
2 zakjes gist 14 gram
1 eetlep zout
2 theelepel suiker
500 ml warme melk
2 ei wit

vulling vlees

300 gram gehakt
1 ui
1 teentje knoflook
1 theelepel zout
1 theelepel peper
halve Cayenne peper
2 theelepels paprika poeder

Voor de kaas vulling,
heb ik Turkse witte kaas gebruikt. Te koop bij een Turkse winkel.

1 kilo of flour
200 ml sunflower oil
2 bags of yeast 14 grams
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
500 ml of warm milk
2 egg whites


stuffing meat

300 grams of minced meat
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
half a cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons paprika powder

For the cheese filling,
i used turkish white cheese. For sale at a Turkish store.
