Catch and Cook On Blackstone Griddle │ Bluegill and Redear

Welcome to my first catch and cook on the Blackstone Griddle. We went fishing in Indiana and caught a mess of Bluegill and Redear. The temperature and wind were a little less than ideal but we still managed to have a great time. The next day we traveled to Louisville, KY to do some shopping at a little Latino market called Bodega Mi Sueño where we purchased Sazón Tropical. Once we got home I cooked everything on the Blackstone griddle to perfection.
