At ACUTE, patients receive around-the-clock care from expert doctors and nurses, as well as a multidisciplinary team including telemetry, occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychology, psychiatry, and dietary. This presentation reviews ten case studies of severe eating disorders, including those with high medical complexity, superior mesenteric artery (SMA) syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, etc., and how medical complications were treated through ACUTE’s comprehensive approach.
