Xenon (Atari ST)

Xenon is a 1988 vertical scrolling shooter developed by The Bitman Brothers and published for Atari ST. This video is of the original version for Atari ST.

In this game you control a ship and a tank that you can switch using a key in some pahses.

You can kill air enemies using the ship and the terrain enemies using the tank. As usual in this game there are powerups that will improve your fire power, speed or will recharge your energy.

This version is a little more difficult than the ZX Spectrum one, but you have more powerups and the coloreables sprites of the Atari ST allow you to dodge the enemy fire.

Music is great, it is created by David Whitaker.

A real classic for Atari ST.
