My version of the Polyphasic Sleep Experiment is to sleep thru the night, similar to most people. What is different is that during the day, I will take naps that I seemingly "don't need" (I'm not groggy, foggy, sleepy or in need of rest) I am taking a time-out that is more of a meditation. It's my way of switching off from all the activities, and it actually enables me to cram more tasks into my day, between my 4/8/12 nap schedule. This has helped me to focus my time on a meaningful progress, which happens in the time-slots between my "naps". I got the idea by watching cats and dogs; they taught me that multiple naps provides multiple restarts and refreshing rewards, without using alarm clocks.

We've become bored with actors giving us phoney emotions, we're tired of pyrotechnics and special effects. While the world he inhabits, is in some respects counterfeit, there's nothing fake about SebCam himself. No scripts, no cue cards. It isn't always Shakespeare, but it's genuine. It's a life....

WHO IS SEBCAM?
My name's Seb, this is the Cam, this is SebCam. I'm running around the world, changing lives along the way. My story starts in London, running west to Fiji (near Florida) I spontaneously jumped on the next flight to Miami. Turns out Fiji is nowhere near Florida, so I'm still running.....

I JUST FELT LIKE RUNNING
When I'm tired, I sleep. When I'm hungry, I eat. I run 20 - 60 miles per day, carrying my house in a 35lb belt around my waist, uploading daily vlog videos. I recharge my batteries (literally, and metaphorically ;) at any plugs I spot along my route. Running around the world is a ridiculous idea, and I wouldn't recommend it. Inside my Batman-style utility Belt is a bug-proof camouflage hammock, which I'm really comfortable sleeping in, stealth camping between any two trees. At the time of writing this, I've worn thru 9 pairs of shoes (every few months / 400-miles) mailing myself new shoes to addresses ahead of me. Many kind people feed me, and give me a place to sleep, this is truly the whole point of the Adventure - to overcome fear by sharing the kindness that surrounds us all.

"WHY?!!"
Coz I can. Coz I'm physically able to. Coz I can't not-do-it. Coz facing the unknown is a fascinating thrill that I've learned to love. Coz I change lives by inspiring you to do your thing --whatever it may be. Coz I remember this. This... is an Adventure.

SICK & TIRED
I didn't always feel this energetic, and I don't particularly like running nor do I call myself a "runner". I'm just a guy who films everything, all the time; the camera's always on. My feet are my transport. Once upon a time I was sick and tired just like everyone else. Until I got sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, and began to question WHY do people get sick? Turns out, what we eat is sick. Acid vs. Alkaline pH was the scientific answer to my question, so I immediately upgraded my nutrition choices to Fruitarian.

HEALTH IS WEALTH
Since switching to Alkaline Fruit-based nutrition in 2007 I have not been sick once; no cold, flu, headache, cough or sore throat, no sneezing, wheezing, not even a runny nose. Finding the cure for the common cold is a lifestyle, not a "diet"... and no-one wants to hear it. Feeling this invincible inspired me to become a Vegangelist. My desire is for everyone to feel this good, and leave the animals, birds and fish alone. The solution to all this suffering, is a peace fruit.

MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE
Preaching to people about eating more bananas was like banging my head against a watermelon. I came to the conclusion that no one responds well to being told what to eat. To gain your attention another way I had to do something never seen before, like run around the world, filming everything! It's the most reliable method I know to consistently change lives; Monkey-see-Monkey-do. It's a piece of cake. No wait, or should I say.....
