The Nakawa-Bugolobi-Luzira road project is under rehabilitation this 2023.
Kampala city has had very many heavy road construction upgrades and works in 2023. Among which we have the Kampala, flyover road project, the mpigi expressway, the Busabala road project, the Jinja road works, the lugogo bypass, the railway line upgrade , the old portbell road among others.
In this video, I specifically covered the old portbell section as requested by one of you.
