Bridge butt lift with weights 20
Kneel and rotate KB or DB around head and go from kneeling to squat to stand - do 5 leading with one leg then 5 with the other

Suicide lunges with dumbbell - 5 front and back each side
Side plank with hip drop and lateral arm raise 8 each side
Burpee with lateral shoulder raise 10
Side lunge with squat jump 4 each side then repeat so 8 total each leg
