I got my first full time programming job at age 38 after three years learning to code.

I learnt using using free tutorials and online resources, by building things I or others found useful, and taking every opportunity I could to teach and share as I learnt.

I'm a teacher by trade, so sharing what I know seems like a natural way to give a little back and that's what this channel is:
me sharing what worked for me in terms of learning and might work for you
the projects I built which lead to other opportunities
the resources I used to learn
anything else I can think of that's useful.

My paid experience now includes Python, Django (including REST), JS/HTML/CSS, MQTT, AWS (IoT, Lambdas, Cloudwatch, DynamoDB...), infosec and cyber. Hopefully there's something in there that's useful to someone!
