It's hard to know who to trust online. Everyone is selling something. Even I one day hope to mentor some of you. There are fake gurus out there that claim to know how to teach airbnb, business, and real estate. Phonies like Chi Ta trying to sell his course BNB university or Brian Page trying to sell BNB formula. Inexperienced hosts like Stayly with only a few properties and a year of airbnb experience, they claim to make millions on airbnb bust don't reveal those million are all course sales that come from ad campaign and a free webinar that they misrepresent as a paid webinar that is free just for you. Coaches with No airbnb arbitrage or business leaderhip experience like Robuilt. There are no-name hosts with barely any properties trying to claim they're successful, such as vacation rental machine or bnb riches, or the 10xbnb system. None of these "gurus" have a decade and a half of sales experience or business leadership under their belt in addition to having over 100 properties.
