EDIT: A couple of notes/corrections:
Made a typo writing the Cognac kanji on screen, it should be 皇帝剣
Apparently the tool "vise" is called "vice" in the UK, just like the band, so the double meaning works in British English as well. I was only familiar with the American way to write it, so I wasn't aware it can be written with "c" in the UK
