Katrina joins me to take a closer look at a common problem club level and recreational players have with the Eastern and Semi-Western forehands. I introduce a practice point, “flick and through.” Then redefining the swing I look at extrapolating a portion of Nadal’s forehand and adding it to the Eastern and SW -an elbow draw that increases racquet head speed for top spin.
