Today we are compairing the stock Tokai pickups which are Japanese Gotoh PAF style pickups to my new Irongear Teslashark pickups to see which sounds better. The Tesla Sharks are Alnico 2 while I'm not sure what magnets are in the Gotoh's

Both sets of pickups sound pretty good to me with the major difference being that the Gotoh's are not wax potted while the Irongear Tesla Sharks are potted.
