120g cake flour (1 cup)
50g sugar (1/4 cup)
4g baking powder (1 tsp)
1.5 g salt (1/4 tsp)
4 egg yolks
60ml vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
60ml water (1/4 cup)

4 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
25g sugar (1/8 cup)

Custard

3 egg yolks
153g condensed milk (1/2 cup)
1/4 salt
185ml milk (1 cup)
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vanilla extract
185ml cream (2/3 cup)

1 small can Fruit Cocktail
