I watched NaTuber Tv's video uploaded 2.22.16 based on Knowledge Seekers' Workshop #101 at 5:28:25. I also watched #108 where Mr. Keshe describes the interaction of ganses and in particular incorporating polarity by introducing apple cider vinegar "for CO2 gans instead of water in some places" creates more plasma flow.

I used CO2 gans divided into two new samples: in one I added baking soda (NaHCO3) and in the other I added the apple cider vinegar. I used the syringe (thank you to NaTuber Tv to demonstrating how to twist the needle off to fill it easily) to fill the small space between two preformed cups already stuck together with the space created. I drilled a hole big enough for the tip of the hollow needle then put the more alkaline gans on the outside (magnetic) and the more acid in the center (gravitational). The bottom is sealed with hot glue after about 6 syringes of liquid (it is tall double-walled "sippy" cup). On top of that glued hole I glued copper foil. The cup was on amazon but I have seen them at "Dollar Store" type retailers. It is a slightly tougher plastic than the ones used in the previous video and all you need to do is carefully drill a tiny hole big enough for a needle in the bottom.

The pain pen is made to fit a small length of silicon tubing which is
more flexible than plastic and seals faster with hot glue than hard
plastic. The pen is made of 14 AWG copper wire twisted first 18
turns on a small rod then bent over and twisted to itself with the
ends curled. The nanocoating is in hot caustic with leftover from
the first experiments adding NaOH and KOH to get steam, leaving it
covered for a few hours and reheating once. If you are going to
eat, do it before you make the nanocoated pen. It's smelly. I also
coat small art spirals for orgonite this way, on stove-top then
carefully rinse saucepan. Hot glue sticks to these materials quickly
and holds its shape. A few drops of water won't stop the process
on a hot dry day, like today was.

The tip was copper foil heat coated in caustic then dipped in copper gans with crushed lapis, quartz and very small amounts of gold and diamond dust which seem to serve as catalysts. The copper gans was kept for several months in a covered tupperware container near citrus fruit that does not mold and which seems to stay juicy for 2 months without refrigeration. In that I dipped copper foil after caustic coating and I wrapped it on the tip which was glued to hold gans inside the center, I dried the cup in the sun holding it to the sun and placing it in the sun for about 10 or 15 min in the early morning during sungazing. This seems to program the intention into the matter of the cup: balance the body of he who drinks from here.

I then used the Tamil colour scheme with tape to label the areas
Mr. Keshe described on the cup, which correspond to head, heart,
stomach, legs with head-white (6th chakra), heart-red (4th chakra),
stomach should be green for (3rd chakra) of digestion and black
(1st chakra) for legs because we crawl out of darkness as when a
seed sprouts in the ground. These areas of where he should live,
what he should eat, who he should love and what thoughts he will
think next are out of balance. Perhaps a cup is a kind of prayer in
itself, "God, balance me." I explained the patient is to fill with
healthy cold liquid (preferably distilled water, natural juice, not
canned soda or carbonated beverages) and sip with the straw in the
area of the cup corresponding to imbalance.

The goal of yoga is the same as that of KfSSi, getting out of the
way of the flow of plasma, directing it instead of obstructing it,
balancing obstructions that keep us rooted in karmic circles.
