खुद को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का हनुमान बताते आए चिराग पासवान अलग ही मोड में दिख रहे हैं. हाल के दिनों लेटरल एंट्री से कोटे के भीतर कोटा तक, कई मुद्दों पर एनडीए से अलग रुख दिखा चुके चिराग पासवान ने अब तो एक मिनट में मंत्री पद को लात मारने की बात कह दी है. पटना के एसके मेमोरियल हॉल में पार्टी के एससी-एसटी प्रकोष्ठ की ओर से आयोजित कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने कहा, "चाहे किसी भी गठबंधन में रहूं, किसी भी मंत्री पद पर रहूं, जिस दिन मुझे लगेगा कि संविधान और आरक्षण के साथ खिलवाड़ हो रहा है, उसी वक्त मंत्री पद को लात मार दूंगा. जैसे मेरे पिता ने एक मिनट में मंत्री पद त्याग दिया था, उसी तरह एक मिनट में मंत्री पद त्याग दूंगा."
