The Shattered House Chest at coordinates (27,39) is cleverly hidden below the Shadowguard Incursion area.
To reach the Shattered House you will need a glide ability such as Goblin Glider. I suggest jumping from a coordinates (31,46) near the bottom of the Umbra Hollows, from here you have a good view to the Shattered house. Position yourself as high as you can on the starting cliff to ensure you clear the gap.
In this video I have started at the Shadowguard Incursion beacon and followed the path down through the Umbra Hollows. Turn right through an opening in the cave and head toward the edge of the map. Turn right again when nearing the edge of the map and continue North until you can see a building on the other side of the chasm. Position yourself at a high point facing the building and activate a glide ability while jumping off the edge of the cliff.
Glide across the chasm and collect the treasure from inside the "Shattered House".
