In today's video, we're discussing the release of two different tfp0 bugs, one for iOS 11.4 and iOS 11.4.1 and another one for #iOS 11.4.x all the way up to iOS 12.1.2. The bugs were released by tihmstar and Brandon Azad a few minutes apart and are extremely important for the jailbreak community. We've been waiting for these bugs for months and they're finally here. Although on iOS 12 tfp0 is not all it takes, on iOS 11.4.1 and iOS 11.4 it is. Unc0ver can, indeed, be easily updated to work now with iOS 11.4.x

The bugs allow us to finally start building the jailbreaks for iOS 11.4.x and iOS 12, and possibly tools like Houdini, Torngat and FilzaJailed. It also allows us to create a nonce setter for iOS 12 which may be used to downgrade to iOS 11.3.x while it is still possible. By the way, it is fully advised that you save your iOS 12.1.2 and iOS 12.1.1 blobs while it is still possible. Apple will not keep the signing window open for so long.

The waiting game for tfp0 is finally over and this has been a very hard to achieve part for the development of an iOS 11.4 - iOS 12.1.2 #Jailbreak. Pwn20wnd has already started messing with tihmstar's bug and managed to clean it up a bit, and since iOS 11.4.1 and iOS 11.4 do not have CoreTrust and other iOS 12 security mitigations, a jailbreak may come for these first.
