MUTTON KHEEMA RECIPE GUIDE 🔥

Marinate the Mutton:

500g Mutton kheema (minced goat meat)

1 tbsp Salt

1 tbsp Turmeric powder

Chilli powder (lots, obviously)

1 tbsp Coriander powder

1 tbsp Cumin powder

2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

For the Curry Base:

1 tbsp Oil + Ghee

Whole spices:

Cumin seeds

Mustard seeds

Cinnamon stick

Bay leaf

Cloves

Cardamom

2 Red onions (finely chopped)

Green chillies (3 hot ones for drama)

2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1 tbsp Salt (to taste)

4 Tomatoes (pureed)

Water (½ cup)

Masalas to Elevate:

1 tbsp Garam Masala

2 tbsp Meat Masala

1 tbsp Kashmiri Mirchi (for the red-hot look)

1 tbsp Black Pepper

Handful of Fresh Coriander to garnish 🌿

Serve with:

Steamed White Rice (because we’re classy like that)
