It's been a while since our last update, and life has been quite a journey. Our Spanish has improved significantly, allowing us to handle everyday tasks with ease, from buying clothes to ordering food.
Our language skills benefited from monthly lessons at a local school and our participation in extracurricular activities at the university popular college, enhancing our conversational abilities.

Join us as we share the details of our cultural immersion, including field trips and activities that expanded our understanding of Spanish history. From exploring ceramics museums to navigating medical situations, our language proficiency became crucial.

We also reflect on our visit to the Philippines, reconnecting with family after 14 years, and the unique blend of Spanish and Filipino cultures. Additionally, we highlight the ease of travel within Spain, showcasing the affordability and convenience of exploring various cities by train, bus, and even ride-sharing.

Our journey includes passing the A2 Spanish language test, the CCSE test, obtaining driver's licenses, and future plans, such as applying for Spanish citizenship.
We discuss the changes we've observed in Valencia, from an increase in English speakers to the thriving Valencian culture.

While celebrating the positive aspects, we also address challenges like rising rent prices, an uptick in theft incidents, and the impact on the cost of living. Despite these challenges, our love for Valencia remains strong, and we're excited about what the future holds.
