ABOUT THIS HAIR DYE:
I assume that most people clicking on this video will be here due to curiosity about this hair dye... & FYI, as someone who has been lightening her own hair on a regular basis for the last 20 years: this is my new favorite way to touch up my roots for platinum blonde hair.
For the last couple years, I had been doing the bleach part first (like by using Splat bleach, or some other equivalent) and then toning it (usually using Wella T18) and it was just destroying my hair, after doing it multiple times in a row. I sometimes would use a "lightest natural blonde" box dye, but it always ended up so orange towards the roots, so I'd always end up having to redye it and/or tone it. Obviously, everyone's hair will react slightly differently, depending on their natural hair color/texture or whatever, but this "Ultra Cool Platinum" by Garnier did SUCH a good job lightening while simultaneously toning my hair! This is not only going to save me time & money, but it's less damaging on my hair. Anyway, this is obviously not sponsored or anything (unfortunately lol), but I just wanted to share that with you guys because I'm just excited about it lol ^-^
I only had to leave this on my hair for 20 mins; and FYI this was a root touch up for me, but it was my first time using this dye. My previous time dying it was via my regular "bleach and tone" routine.
