You need to wait til the end to see the incredible color contrast between dirty and clean grout.

Step 1
Clear the floor of as much furniture as possible.
Cover stainless steel appliances with plastic to protect them.

Step 2
We start with applying an alkaline (degreasing) detergent on the floor to break down oils, fats, and greases. OIls, fats and greases are 80% of the filth and grime on the floor.
We let detergent do what its supposed to do for about 15 minutes and then scrub the floor to loosen the dirt much like you would do with dirty dishes in your sink.
We then use our deep cleaning floor cleaner that uses high pressure and hot water (over 200 deg F) and vacuum (all in the same device) as you see in the video. This sucks the dirty off the floor and brings it back to our trailer tank.

Step 3
What remains, due to the hard water in our area, is hard water stains and soap scum from years of mopping. There may also be mineral deposits.
A restorative acidic cleaner is then used to remove this dullness. After applying the acidic cleaner we when immediately scrub the floor and use the same floor cleaner to rinse and vacuum the remaining dirt from the floor.

Step 4
We then do the detailing work with our hand held device to get along the edge, corners and grout lines.
Special fans are then put down to dry the floor so we can apply sealer to the grout.

Step 5
Sealer is applied to the grout to protect it from staining the in the future.

Every new customer receives a gallon of neutral pH cleaner to maintain the clean floor and not damage the sealer.
The result is a fresh clean floor that many of our clients say it look like it was just installed.
