GraphQL: SQL for the internet? by Danielle Man: Director of Engineering at Apollo

In the last 5 years, GraphQL has really blossomed and the technology around it has matured. When we talk about GraphQL though, it's usually in the context of building APIs to transfer data between clients and servers. In this talk, I'd like to share my vision on how GraphQL can help us beyond improving our day-to-day developer productivity building apps for the web –– I'd like to share how I think it could actually connect the data across our disjointed internet and maybe even become the SQL of the web.
