Adrianne Lenker of Big Thief debuting an acoustic song "Promise is a Pendulum" during their set at Pines Theater in Northampton, MA on 9/30/21

Came to the show mostly for Alex G and was lucky enough to end up not only front row but directly in front of Adrianne by the time Big Thief came on. After this song Max asked if she could hear the echo of her voice from the meadow (it's a beautiful outdoor venue) and she replied "Yeah, I did, and I thought, 'Wow!' . . . That was really poetic." so wholesome
