this video is cut from my 20 week pregnancy update! I was noticing a tightening of my uterus that would happen intermittently throughout the day. My mind never thought that it was the start of Braxton hicks contractions at this early in pregnancy, until one of my followers mentioned that it was happening to her! As I researched it more I came to find that it actually was what I was experiencing.
I love having answers explaining how and what I'm feeling!
