Ingredients
-for the kadayıf layer
30 gr. butter
2 cups kadayıf noodles
1 cup pistachio butter
1 tsp. ground cardamom (optional)
2 tbsp. honey (if pistachio butter is not sweet)

-for white chocolate mousse
250 gr. heavy cream
250 gr. white chocolate

Instructions
Kadayıf Layer
-Sauté the kadayıf noodles in butter until golden brown.
-Add the pistachio butter and mix well.
-If desired, add the ground cardamom and honey. Mix thoroughly.

White Chocolate Mousse:
-Heat 100 gr. of heavy cream over low heat until it begins to simmer at the edges. Remove from heat.
-Add the chopped white chocolate to the heated cream and stir until completely melted. Let cool completely.
-Once cooled, whip the mixture on high speed until it becomes light and fluffy.
-In a separate cold bowl, whip the remaining cream until it thickens and holds soft peaks. Fold this whipped cream into the chocolate mixture in two stages, ensuring it's well incorporated.

Assembly
-Layer the kadayıf mixture at the bottom of serving glasses or a dessert dish.
-Add the white chocolate mousse over the kadayıf layer.
-Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
