John van der Steur, MA, has studied Jungian typology for more than 25 years and worked with organizations and sport teams in the US, Europe, Africa and Asia to help them understand their typological preferences and the impact it has on their life and work. He was the founder of Polarity Consulting where he provides workshops in team building and personality type.
