After a few years, Sepehsalar was filled with shoe factories and shoe manufacturing workshops, and many workers used to come and go in that area, because of this, that neighborhood was no longer a suitable place to live, and gradually most of the houses became empty and They became warehouses and shoe manufacturing workshops. Today, there are no residential houses in this place
Sepesalar Tehran is located near Baharestan Square in the historical context of Tehran, which is the heart of Tehran. The full name of Sepahsalar is Mirza Hossein Khan Sepahsalar of Qazvini, who was the chancellor of Naseruddin Shah.
