3 Parduc P40: Skate sharpening
3.1 Use the SHARPENING -page on the touch panel when performing skate sharpening
3.2 Move the carrier into the home position using the MOVE TO HOME POSITION -button.
3.3 Place the skate on the skate holder, heel to the right. Check that the plastic parts of the skate are not touching the frame
3.4 Fasten the skate to the skate holder
3.5 Select the desired sharpening cycles and sharpening distance using the touch panel
3.6 Make sure that the travel speed is suitable for sharpening. Recommended speed setting is one or less
3.7 Make sure that the wheel pressure is suitable for sharpening. The recommended setting is between 5 to 7
3.8 Start the sharpening procedure by pressing the START -button on the SHARPENING -page
3.9 The machine stops when the process is finished
3.10 If you want maximum results, sharpen one more cycle using a sharpening wax. Travel speed should be smaller than usual. Recommended speed is 0.5 or less
3.11 After the machine stops, remove the skate from the skate holder
