Life is full of obstacles. Who would know that better than Nico Langmann? Growing up in the late 1990s and early 2000s and being dependent on a wheelchair from the age of two, the barriers, for him, were everywhere: in public transport, out in the streets, or in school, where principals preferred to take in “normal” children. Nico turned to sports—and by strictly focusing on his skills rather than the things he was unable to do, he became Austria’s no. 1 in wheelchair tennis. In his talk, he describes how you can turn obstacles into opportunities and how solution management helped him to succeed.
