This video is about 100 most valuable postage stamps of Egypt. I have briefly discussed the history and characteristics of each stamp. Egypt issued its first postage stamps on 1st January, 1866. Then stamps issued in 1867 featured a Pyramid and the Sphinx. Stamp that were released in 1872 had inscription "Poste Khedive Egiziane". All Egyptian stamps issued up to 1914, depicted the Sphinx and the Pyramids in their designs. Most valuable stamps from Egypt are the 1926 "Port Fouad" overprints. However, several official stamps are also very rare and are highly desirable by philatelists.
