How to update your organization profile on the GeM portal government e marketplace

🛠️ Step-by-Step Profile Update
Login to Your GeM Account
Use your credentials (User ID, Password, OTP).
Navigate to “My Account → Organization Profile”
Find this option in your dashboard menu.
Edit Required Fields
Organization name, address, type (sole proprietor, LLP, etc.)
PAN, UAM, GST, CIN—Note: Organization name is editable only once.
Secondary user or contact details if required.

Update Contact Details
Ensure a valid Aadhaar-linked mobile and email are linked to your profile.

Validate & Save Changes
Click “Update”, review all data, and accept terms.
Verify via OTP
OTP confirmation is required to save changes securely.

Documents such as PAN, GST, Bank Details, Business address, and supporting certificates may be requested during the update process.

Profile Scoring & Completeness
View progress via the Completeness Bar on your profile.
Confirm a green tick shows for each '100% complete' field.
