For Dosa batter
3 cups rice any variety
1 cup urad dal
2 tbs chanadal
1 tsp methi dana
1 cup flatten rice
salt to taste
oil or ghee


Cheese Ghotalo Dosa

For Cheese Ghotalo
2 Onion
2 tomato
1 capsicum
2 cups spinach
1\2 cup coriande rleaves
2 tsp ginger chili garlic paste
2 tsp pav bhaji masala
100 gm paneer
100 gm cheese
3 tbs butter and 2 tbs Oil
1 boiled potato and 10 cashewnuts
4 tbs White melon seeds and salt

Palak Paneer Dosa
300-400 gm Spinach
200 gm paneer
100 gm cheese
chat masala
garam masala
red chili Powder
salt
ghee or oil

Surti Mysore Bhaji Dosa
For Mysore Bhaji
7-8 spring of garlic
5-6 spring of green onion
1 onion
1 tbs ginger garlic chilli paste
3 potatoes
2 tbs kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbs pavbhaji masala
3 tbs Oil
1 tbs Butter
3-4 tbs coriander leaves

Sweetcorn dosa
butter
4 tbs Mayonnaise
4 tbs tomato sauce
4 tsp schezwan sauce
1 cup boiled corn
2 onion chopped
2 capsicum chopped
cheese and coriander leaves
garam masala ,salt and chili powder
and chat masala
