Roasted Tomato & Veggie Soup
2 1/2 lb tomato, 2 tsp dried oregano sprinkled on chopped tomato, 2 stalks celery, 1 medium onion chopped, 4 carrots chopped, olive oil, 1 head of garlic top chopped off roasted w olive oil, 1/2 cup bone broth, 1/2 cup coconut cream, 20 basil leaves
roast veggies at 400F for 50 mins and blend everything together - enjoy!
Kale & White Bean Soup with Rosemary Oil 🌿
In a large pot: 2 cans cannelini beans, 7 garlic cloves, 2” Parmesan rind, 3 rosemary sprigs, 1 bay leaf, 8 cups stock, 2 cups water. Boil, then simmer 2–2½ hrs till beans are tender.
Remove bay leaf & rosemary stems. Mash some beans/garlic. Add 1 bunch kale (chopped) + 1½ tsp salt. Simmer 25–30 min till kale is tender. Adjust seasoning.
In skillet: heat ¼ cup olive oil, add 2 rosemary sprigs, sizzle, then let infuse 20 min.
Serve soup with rosemary oil drizzle + lemon zest.
Roasted Applesauce
4lb crisp apples cut into large chunks, 2 TBS fresh lemon juice, 3 TBS maple syrup, 2 TBS butter. Roast at 350F for 40mins-1hr until apples are soft. Use an immersion blender & enjoy! :)
Braised Kabocha Squash with Miso & Purple Cabbage 🎃🥬
Soak 1 piece kombu in 3 cups water for 15 min.
In a wide pot: heat 1 Tbsp oil, add ½ cup onion + 1 Tbsp ginger, cook 5–7 min till soft. Add 3 cups purple cabbage, cook 3–4 min.
Add kombu water (hold back kombu), then add 3 cups kabocha squash wedges + ½ tsp salt. Bring to boil, cover, simmer 12–15 min till tender.
Mix ¼ cup miso + 1 can coconut milk in bowl, then stir into soup gently. Warm through if needed.
Serve topped with chopped scallions.
Pumpkin Basil Seed Pudding
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 scoop cinnamon roll protein powder https://www.equipfoods.com/CAMBRIA
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

6 scoops of ARMRA colostrum
stir everything together and chill overnight!
Gut TLC Chocolate Pudding
1 can of coconut milk full fat
1/4 cup cacao powder
3TBS maple syrup
1 scoop gelatin
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
dissolve everything together in a sauce pan after you let the gelatin bloom in a small amount of the coconut milk. then let it cool in the fridge for a few hours. enjoy!

Dairy-Free Corn Potato Chowder 🌽🥔🥣
Cook 4 slices bacon (or use oil for vegetarian). Remove bacon, keep 2 tsp fat.
Add 1 diced onion + 2 garlic cloves, sauté till soft. Stir in 2 Tbsp butter or coconut oil + 2 Tbsp GF flour to make a light roux.
Add 4 red potatoes (cubed), 3 ears fresh corn (kernels removed, cobs saved), 32 oz bone broth, 1 cup water, 1 bay leaf, 2 thyme sprigs, salt & pepper. Simmer 30 min till potatoes tender.
Remove cobs + bay leaf. Blend 1–1½ cups of soup, stir back in to thicken.
Serve topped with bacon (if using) + fresh chives.
