Here's all the code, I'll add more if I find more new ones :

R2 [Insert] = Teleport to the next room in the room list
L2 [Del] = Teleport to the previous room and sets HP to 999 for the current fight
Triangle Button [P+O] = Sets mercy to 9999, enabling the spare option instantly. Some enemies that cannot be normally spared turn into Aaron
Square button [F6] = Sets attack to 999 and enables fleeing
B button [S] = Opens the save dialog
A Button [F7] = Adds 500 gold
RB [Backspace] = Fast walking speed when holding
Y [F10+V] = Phase through walls and Collision boxes visible
W = Slows game down to 10 FPS
P = Toggle room speed between fast and normal
Right Stick [BackSpace] = Shortens current enemy turn to 2 frames
Left Stick [Z+X] = Hold this to skip the dialogue
z [F11] = Teleport to the room after Papyrus's boss fight (room_water1/id:82)
U = Toggles Undyne phone calls. Turns the player blue if enabled, yellow if disabled
