Our take on Pandi curry or Coorg Style Spicy Pork is probably one of my most favorite ways of eating pork. Perfect with an akki roti, a slice of bread or a glass of beer. Coorg is a district in Karnataka and you will find a lot many special dishes having its origin here.
Coorg Style Pandi Curry is a specialty pork dish of Coorgi Cuisine. Spicy, rich and flavorful pork dish is unique and special with the distinct flavor of Kachampuli extract. In this recipe, we have replaced the Kachampili with white vinegar & tamarind pulp just for ease of access of every household, But if you do have Kachampuli, go ahead and use it.
