Generic Steps:

-Backup all your data and remove all the security locks ( Pattern, Pin or Password)
-Clear Data, Dalvik, Cache, and System
-Download the MIUI 12 Beta GSI and install
-Flash Permissiver v5
-Flash Decrypt Pie
-Flash Find Device
-Flash Manual Provisioning
-Flash Bit Gapps (If require)
-Factory Reset and Clear Cache
-Reboot to System
-Install Gboard as the default keyboard is entirely Chinese
-Reduce the DPI
