Strengthen your full body easily at home with this all standing kettlebell workout! We start off with a warmup to prepare our joints for handling the kettlebell, then we have seven compound moves that target several muscle groups at once, we do two rounds. We finish up with a quick cool down to relax a little at the end of the session. This workout will strengthen your thighs, glutes, back, shoulders, arms and core!
