Piyush Goyal Unveils India-US Trade Deal Details In Parliament Amid Opposition Protests

In a significant development in Lok Sabha, Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal attempted to provide the first detailed parliamentary briefing on the newly announced India-US trade agreement. The pact, finalised through high-level talks between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump, reduces reciprocal tariffs on Indian exports to the United States from 25% to 18%.
