Cradle Moon is a lakeside resort that is based in the magaliesberg area. There are so much to do as a day visitor at the resort you can go down for a great lunch at the restaurant enjoying the breathtaking view of the lake listening to the falls in the background. Then there are two hikes a 5km and 10km,( in my opinion), are sooted for the entire famly. For the more adventurous there are mountain bikes and kayak that can be rented from the resort. We did the hike and I recommend this as the views are amazing and the falls at the bottom of the dame are to die for. Cradle Moon has a 4-star resort that offers some fantastic options regarding accommodations if you whould like to make a little break away of it.
