Winlator 7.1.3b Cmod Happy Wars Revival

Was looking at old games i had buried in my steam library to test and remembered this old game from the Xbox 360 days. Sadly the servers were shutdown and is no longer playable...it just sits there hollowed out in the library.... BUT someone out there has been working on a way to get this back, hopefully succeed in doing so!
Apologies for the audio issues was happening a couple times in-game until i changed the volume in the settings, temporarily reset it back to normal. Not sure what was causing issue
