If and when you get trial classes, take them seriously! These are future potential students and you want to show the student and the parents the value they would be getting using your company to learn language. So give it your best shot, the future of your job and your companies existence depends on it! Also, you get probably get a bonus if they sign up! So what do you do!

1. Prepare like you would for any other class!
2. Make sure it is really fun and interactive
3. Make sure to challenge the student.
4. Give them high praise and challenge them to continue!
5. Give the parent a thorough review. This will help your organization with placing and give value to the parent.

BONUS!
6. I didn't mention but should have, ask them to sign up! That's right, tell them their kid would do well going through your course. If you don't ask, then they might not! You can do this in the review, right before you sign off, or any other way you have to interact with the parents!
