As you know I really don't give two figs about my grey hair, it pisses other people off more than it does me. Actually it doesn't even bother me at all! People automatically assume that I don't take care of myself as I truly loathe sitting at a hairdressing salon, losing the will to live with all the chemicals flying around, being slapped onto my hair sinking into my scalp and making my eyes tear up. So NO I don't care about bullshit like that. Self care is MUCH MORE than getting chemicals into your body via your hair or nails, or having facials or eating lunch with the girls or any of the stuff that people call 'Self Care'. How about we Soul Care? Anywho!!! Thats coming in a later video.

If you’re looking for an alternative to chemical-laden hair dyes then Henna is the way to go. It smells like you have rolled around the paddock in cow shit...ooops dung, and it fells like it too. My head felt like it had another 4 kilos of mud soaking into it.

But apart from that Henna takes ALOT OF YOUR TIME, its FREAKING MESSY and the end results were for me surprising. I didn't think they would cover my greys and I truly didn't even follow the instructions correctly 😆🤪

So I apologise for all the swearing, I tried to get as much of it bleeped as possible it just wasn't going too great for me as I bought these packets and didn't realise it takes like a 2 day process!

But the upside is that henna seals the oil into your hair, leaving it super conditioned, and it helps close off the cuticle. After a henna treatment, you can expect less frizz, more manageability, and a very healthy shine. What a bonus!

I am lazy so if things aren't quick and easy and efficient, I just lose interest really quickly.

However thank God I don't feel like that for my self work, self care stuff! 😜👏

So I hope you forgive me as I have been recording off my camera and iPhone and I am still working on the sizes and video quality stuff that just goes right over the top of me. So I am trying to learn and get lessons on how to get good quality stuff out to you my viewers.

Also as you know I take the piss out of myself too. I don't take myself too seriously, and I am always laughing at my own silliness. I am forever a child 🥳 🥸
