Jacqui's real estate journey began in 2004, transitioning from a preschool teaching background. Despite challenging market conditions, she quickly rose to become a top 5 agent at Geneva Chervenic Realty within just a few years. In 2009, she was recruited to manage and expand an office, growing it from 80 to 150 agents in three years.

​From 2014 to 2017, Jacqui thrived with a relationship-driven real estate business, closing 50-80 transactions annually, primarily from her sphere, past clients, and referrals. She actively participated in her community and maintained regular contact with her database.

​In 2017, she began providing coaching services to agents nationwide, helping them develop sustainable business plans aligned with their true selves. Some of her clients increased their income significantly, with one solo agent increasing from $100k GCI to over $500k in GCI. Her elite clients average over $250k in GCI annually.

​Jacqui is a certified coach through John Kitchens and Success Certified through Success Magazine and Success Companies. She's also become a skilled speaker, addressing large real estate audiences. In 2017, she co-launched eXp Realty in Ohio and currently leads a community of 600 agents in 27 states.

​Agents rely on Jacqui for her direct and powerful questioning, which fosters confidence, clarity, and strategic planning. Her mission is to empower agents to achieve their unrealized potential and vision.
