Feds open public inquiry into airline customer service and competition

The Justice and Transportation departments are opening a public inquiry into airline customer service and competition, while tens of thousands of striking Boeing union workers rejected the company's latest contract offer. Tom Costello reports on the Boeing strike and the new airline inquiry.
